About the role
You supervise the sales representatives. Under the employment contract, representatives follow your directions on tasks and duties at all times, need your permission before ignoring or refusing a client, and are held to the follow-up deadlines and CRM record-keeping. You also review the applicants for sales roles in your department.
Working conditions
The same working schedule, in-person training and confidentiality terms as the sales team apply. Your salary, allowances and commission are set out in your employment contract.
